심리•행동 치료 전공은 행동에 대한 이해 및 행동의 변화를 위한 체계적이고 과학적인 접근인 응용행동분석(Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA)에 대한 지식과 기술 습득의 기회를 제공한다. QABA(Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis) 승인 교과목 제공기관으로 QBA 자격시험과 한국행동분석학회(Korean Association for Behavior Analysis, KABA)의 행동분석전문가 자격시험 응시에 요구되는 교육과정을 운영하고 있다. 국제행동분석학회(Association for Behavior Analysis International, ABAI)에 의해 검증된 코스 과정(Verified Course Sequence, VCS)은 2022년까지 제공된다. 행동 분석에 대한 관심과 수요가 증가하고 있어 행동분석가의 다양한 활동을 기대할 수 있다.

The study of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provides systematic and scientific approaches for behavior change. The Behavioral Psychology and Intervention Major at Kongju National University offers the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program to prepare students to be competent, ethical, and professional behavior analysts. Behavior analysts provide services to efficiently and effectively improve learning and to prevent and intervene in the problem behaviors of individuals in various settings. Our program provides coursework approved by QABA (Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis) and required by the Korean Association for Behavior Analysis (KABA) to apply to sit for the Behavior Analyst certification examination. Verified Course Sequence (VCS), which is verified by the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) will be provided until 2022. Based upon the increased interest in and demand for ABA, it is expected that behavior analysts will play an important role in practice.
